SSRD: A Simple Sequence Repeats Database of the Human Genome
- The database of simple sequence repeats in the human genome(SSRD), is a comprehensive resource for information about Simple Sequence Repeats in the human genome. The 501 SSRs, contained in SSRD, are divided into k-mer repeats, where k ranges from one to six, i.e. monomer repeats to hexamer repeats.
